BOGO sale – Rivoli faceted glass jewels in Fall 2018 Colors

Okay, I have to admit – “fall 2018” colors means… Colors 🙂 I love how marketers talk about trending colors (predicting them I mean), and how this color or that color will be Hot next season.

Well maybe. Personally, I think colors that look good *on you* are the colors that are going to trend for you. Marketers won’t make money off that prediction. But the colors that are in fashion this season, or next season, or any season – are the ones you like!

Peach glass jewels for your bridesmaid jewelry :-)

Of course you might make peach rhinestone jewelry for any occasion – it just reminds me so much of bridesmaid pretties! I think because at both of the weddings I’ve been to in the past year, the bridesmaids wore peach. (Okay, peach and white… and at the other, peach and lilac, very pretty!)

And right now, I’m offering a BOGO sale 🙂

Green glass jewels for springtime DIY jewelry

Just a quick note that green jewelry can be very spring-like! The pic here shows a few of the green glass jewel styles I have in my shop right now. So fresh and pretty!

And isn’t it interesting, the different shades that are part of the “green” color family. Imagine these with purple – with royal blue – with cream or white – with pink!

I’ll probably play with a few designs – just like you do – and will post a few here and there 🙂

Meanwhile, just a little inducement for DIY goodness: Buy any pair of green glass jewels in my shop and from April 28, 2018 through May 1, 2018 (at midnight) you get an extra pair for free! You can pick any pair for your freebie (equal or lesser value is the only limitation). So have fun – and go green!

Earring design idea and a BOGO sale

Yes, another one (these are fun!) I’m posting a pic showing a glass jewel combo that I think of as “summer jewels”. The white teardrops are vintage glass made in post-war Japan – I just found a packet I had stashed and lost! I know that never happens to you guys, right? You put something somewhere so it’ll be safe and findable, and then forget where you put it? Yeah. So anyway: white teardrops, clean lined and beautiful. Pair the white jewels with these aqua (light turquoise) rivoli faceted glass connectors and voila, white and turquoise – a classic summer color combination. And you’ve got a great pair of summer earrings 🙂

So here’s the deal. Buy either of these jewel styles, and you get a second pair of jewels free – equal or lesser value and all that. In practice, it means that if you buy the white teardrops, you can get the aqua glass connectors for free! Or choose another color – take a look around my shop and I bet you’ll find some that’ll be perfect for you.

The BOGO offer is just till the end of this week (from today, April 3, 2018, until midnight on Saturday, April 7, 2018) so don’t wait too long. And have fun!

PS Come to think of it – these white teardrops, paired with crystal clear sparkly glass beads instead of the aqua, would be gorgeous for bridal earrings. Just thought I’d mention it 🙂
