A lariat necklace – a great DIY necklace design!

I love lariat necklaces. They always fit! When you’re making a gift for your BFF, or making items for sale – it’s nice to not have to worry about “will it fit”. That’s a detail your customers will appreciate! And the design can be worn with many different necklines. It’s so versatile!

Use multiple color stones, or just focus on one color. You set the rules, you know? This sample has a peridot green faceted teardrop that measures 25mm x 18mm (that’s about one inch long). The sheer zircon teardrop is a bit smaller. They complement each other beautifully, don’t you think?

Topaz Glass Jewels – the November birthstone

Okay, to be accurate I should say the “birthstone color” for November – because the beautiful glass jewels shown in this pic, and more topaz glass jewels in my shop, are pretty – but not “precious gemstones”. You don’t need to pay those kinds of prices for lovely stones!


I like to show off these stones anytime – but especially this month, since topaz is the birthstone (okay birthstone color) this month. It’s easy to get your jewelry supplies in a few days – I really do ship quickly, usually next business day. And it’s easy to make gifts for your November bestie or sister or mom. Peach Pendant on a new Necklace Design Idea

The sheer peach faceted glass pendant in this necklace design idea is paired with faceted glass rounds, shown here in clear crystal with AB highlights (the AB refers to “aurora borealis” facets of color!)
